600 ml prosecco, chilled
60 ml vodka
200 ml fresh lemon juice (about 5 lemons)
250 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
390 ml cold water
Zest of 1 lemon, to serve

Zubereitung

Mix the lemon juice, sugar syrup, vodka and water in a jug. Slowly pour in the prosecco last.
Pour the mixture into the tank, between the MIN and MAX lines.
Choose the Spiked Slush programme and start. After 15 to 20 minutes it is slush.
Pour into coupes and grate some lemon zest over the top.
