200 g strawberries
juice of ½ lemon, for extra freshness (optional)
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar or honey, to taste (optional)
garnish: a few fresh mint leaves

Method

Blend the strawberries until smooth.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
