  • 350 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30 g chocolate-flavoured protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pinch of salt

Method

  1. Mix the milk, protein powder, cocoa, honey and salt with a blender or stick blender until there are no lumps left.
  2. Pour the mixture into an EasyCup.
  3. Put the EasyCup upright in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  4. Take the EasyCup out of the freezer, place it in the MultiCream and choose the Light Ice Cream programme.
