The Seeger MultiCream is an ice cream maker for home, for anyone who wants to make their own ice cream from their own ingredients. It has ten programmes: ice cream, light ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frappé, slush, milkshake, frozen yoghurt, smoothie bowl and frozen drink. You first freeze your mixture for 24 hours in one of the three 500 ml EasyCups, and then the MultiCream turns it into ice cream in a few minutes.

With both, you make your own ice cream from a mixture you freeze for 24 hours first. The MultiCream has ten programmes, three 500 ml EasyCups and the Mix-in and Re-spin functions. The CompactCream is smaller, has five programmes and three 350 ml cups, and goes back in the cupboard or drawer after use.

The mixture first goes in the freezer for at least 24 hours. Then the MultiCream turns it into ice cream in a few minutes. It comes with three EasyCups, so you can have three cups ready at once.

For sorbet, fill the EasyCup with fruit or juice and choose Sorbet. Purée the fruit first or mix it with juice: the MultiCream can't spin loose pieces of frozen fruit or ice cubes. For frozen yoghurt, put yoghurt in the cup, with fruit if you like, and choose Frozen Yogurt. In both cases, freeze the cup for 24 hours first.

Up to the MAX line. Smooth the mixture, put the lid on and stand the cup upright in the freezer: a cup that froze at an angle can't be spun. If your cup is only half full, choose BOTTOM. The MultiCream then only spins the bottom half.

Too soft: put the cup back in the freezer for a few more hours, or turn your freezer colder. The MultiCream is made for mixtures between 12 and 25 degrees below zero. Too crumbly: make a small hollow in the middle, add a little milk, water or juice and choose Re-spin.
