Préparation

Dissolve the instant coffee, sugar and salt in a splash of warm milk.
Add the rest of the milk and the cream and stir well.
Pour the mixture into an EasyCup.
Put the EasyCup upright in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
Take the EasyCup out of the freezer, place it in the MultiCream and choose the Gelato programme.
