We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seeger purchase.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 days.

Return costs
Unless otherwise stated, the direct costs of returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Return conditions
Returned products should, where reasonably possible:
- Be complete
- Include all accessories and components
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Not be damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
You may inspect a product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical store.
If a product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct any resulting reduction in value from the refund.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you for the relevant order, including the standard delivery costs charged for the original shipment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products, or until you provide evidence that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
