Method

Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
Blend the strawberries with the lemon juice and sugar.
Sieve the purée and stir in the water until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the tank, no higher than the max line.
Choose the Slush programme. After 15 to 20 minutes you can pour the first glass.
