Method

Bruise the mint leaves with the sugar in a large jug, for example with the back of a spoon.
Add the lemon juice and water and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Leave to infuse for 15 minutes, then strain out the mint.
Pour the mixture into the tank, no higher than the max line.
Choose the Slush programme. After 15 to 20 minutes you can pour the first glass.
